LIMA - ICA – PARACAS – CUSCO - LIMA
DAY 01 (Thursday): Welcome to Peru!
 Arrival to the city of Lima to begin you culinary adventure. Pick up and transfer to Hotel.
DAY 02 (Friday): Lima, City of Kings and Flavor
 After your breakfast at your hotel, we will take you to arguably one of best Culinary and Cooking Schools in the world, the famous Cordon Bleu Lima. The Paris based school has chosen Lima, as one of its centers of learning the art of cooking. Why Lima? You will find out as this is only the beginning of your tour! Here will they teach you how the chefs prepare different Peruvian dishes and drinks. What you prepare, you savor! In the afternoon, you will have time to relax as we are in beautiful Miraflores. Early evening, pick up from your hotel to take you to a Dinner Show. Not only will you taste the grand buffet, but you will also enjoy the wonderful show at this Five Star Hotels facilities. Afterwards, transfer to your hotel.
DAY 03 (Saturday): Lima – Ica, City of Wine and Birthplace of Pisco
 Early morning transfer to bus station to begin this next leg of your journey, to the Peruvian “Napa Valley” of Ica. This 4 hour luxury bus trip concludes with pick up and the commencement of visiting the famous Wineries of Tacama and Vista Alegre. Of course, there will be opportunity to wine taste at these locals as well as see how Peruvian wine is produced. A savor of the Peruvian national drink, Pisco, is a must indeed. Lunch at Ica´s finest hotel, Las Dunas. Our next destination will be the resort hotel of Hotel Paracas for your night’s stay.
DAY 04 (Sunday): Paracas – Lima, visit the gorgeous Ballestas Islands
 Early morning boat excursion to the lovely Ballestas Island Reserve tour. Along the way, marvel at the enigmatic “Candelabro”, etched on the side of desert mountain. While circling the island (landing is prohibited), enjoy the sea lions in their habitat as well as Humbolt Penguins and many other bird and marine species. This is the Peruvian Galapagos Islands! We next return to Hotel Paracas for an exquisite Lunch Buffet only served on Sundays. After lunch, we return to Lima, ending this leg of the tour. Upon return to the bus station, we transport you to your hotel. At night, enjoy a coffee or tea. Seeing that tomorrow, we embark for Cusco, eating a big dinner isn’t recommended being that Cusco is at high altitude and acclimatization is recommended. After your coffee or tea, spend some time to walk around and explore Lima’s tourist district, Miraflores.
DAY 05 (Monday): Lima – Cusco, Embark to the Americas capital of Archaeology
Pick up for your early flight to the city of Cusco. After an hour’s flight, we arrive to our hotel for a coca tea for acclimatize to Cusco´s 3360 meters above sea level. A days length is what is recommended for your body to be acclimatize and this includes having light meals for the first day. After a few hours of rest, we embark on our city tour of Cusco. Explore the city with your guide as well as exploring Cusco´s churches, temples and sites as well as the mysterious Sacsayhuaman. After our city tour, we enjoy a light dinner after a days worth of touring.
DAY 06 (Tuesday): Valle Sagrado, Sacred Valley of the Incas
 Today we embark on our journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Valle Sagrado. Here we stop by the artesian arts and crafts market, where you can buy souvenirs or just “window shop”. Your tour continues deeper into the valley to appreciate the Majestic mountains and varied micro-climates that it holds. On our way to visit the Ollantaytambo ruins, we stop by a beautiful mansion to have a lunch buffet. Hope you brought your camera, the scenery is amazing, not the mention the food as well! Our next stop is the aforementioned ruins where Incan civil wars were fought. Marvel at the immense granite stones, some 3 meters high, in the Grand Fortress and the Sun Temple. We wrap up the Sacred Valle by returning to the city of Cusco. Upon returning, enjoy some coffee and/or a light dinner. Rest up for tomorrow’s adventure!
DAY 07 (Wednesday): Machu Picchu; Enjoy the 8th Wonder of the World!
 Early morning train ride to the ruins of Machu Picchu. This journey will last approximately 3 hours. We arrive to Machu Picchu Pueblo (ex Aguas Calientes) where we begin our ascend to the ruins. After your breathtaking tour in the ruins, have a lunch buffet overlooking the ruins you just explored! After lunch, return to the train station for our train ride back to Cusco. We return you to your hotel to freshen up. At this point of the tour, your body is acclimatize, so relax, eat and enjoy the dinner buffet show at our specially selected restaurant. What a way to end this leg of the trip! Afterwards, walk around the Plaza del Armas of Cusco.
DAY 08 (Thursday): Cusco – Lima; Return to the Gourmet Capital of Peru
At the programmed hour, pick up from your hotel to the airport for our flight back to Lima. Pick up and transfer to your hotel. For lunch, you will enjoy what has become part of Peru culinary spectrum, “chifa”. We head for Lima’s china town section to enjoy it at one of the finest “chifa” restaurants. After lunch, we embark to the Gold Museum to witness magnificent private collection of works in gold of the pre-Columbian age. All this touring works up an appetite and the “chifa” is known for it’s quick digestion, so then let us take to experience another phenomenon, the “Pollo a las brasa”, or rotisserie chicken. This has become, believe it or not, one of Peru’s better culinary “exports”. We take you to savor this at a rustic restaurant, not far from the Miraflores district. After dinner, we take you back to your hotel.
DAY 09 (Friday): Lima…The Real, original and only!
 Our morning begins we us picking you up for Lima’s city tour. Visit the Historic center of Lima, with her beautiful Plaza San Martin, Lima’s Cathedral and the Convent of San Francisco (Catacombs). Afterwards we continue on to the modern and residential zones of San Isidro, Miraflores and go through the old district of Barranco we can appreciate the Suspiros Bridge and central park. Being the last day of the trip, you most certainly can not miss the world famous Cheviche. Of course not! We take you to a famous and upscale “Chevicheria”, Punta Sal restaurant. Eat and enjoy Peru’s arguably most famous dish. Enjoy the view as well! After savoring this meal, walk it off by taking a short walk (less than a mile) to our offices where we can offer our gifts to you. At this local, you will be able to do some shopping or just browse at the carefully selected Arts & Crafts, fine Alpaca Products and Peruvian wines and Pisco. Truly, a one stop center for tourist. Because your hotel is only a couple of blocks away, return for some rest or continue on exploring Miraflores. Don’t forget the last dinner of the trip, where we will take you to one of the finest restaurants of Lima, overlooking the ruins Pucllana in the same district. Indeed, a dinner worthy of capping off a great Gourmet Tour such as this one, will be had to be enjoyed and remembered !
DAY 10 (Saturday): Lima / Saying Good bye
At the appropriate hour, pick up and transfer to Lima’s international airport. We are confident that you enjoyed our Culinary tour and adventure, we know you’ll come back for seconds!!! Have a great trip home.
