LIMA - CAJAMARCA

DAY 1: LIMA
Meeting and assistance upon arrival at Lima International Airport. Transfer to your Hotel. If your flight arrives in the morning then remainder of the day at your leisure.

DAY 2: LIMA
Pick up from the Hotel to start a complete City Tour of three hours aprox. Where we will see its beautiful San Martin Square and the Main Square of Lima (Plaza Mayor). We will visit 2 Religious Art Museums: The Cathedral and the Church and Monastery of San Francisco de Asís, with its Library that is considered the second most important of Latin America, its beautiful Sacristy, The Main Cloister and the Catacombs that was the first cemetery of Lima. Then we will continue with the Residential and modern area of San Isidro and Miraflores.Finally, we will walk through the old town of Barranco where we will see the Bridge of the Sighs and the Central Square

Return to the Hotel.

Otuzco

DAY 3: LIMA - CAJAMARCA
Breakfast. Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cajamarca. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. City tour will feature the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, the church of San Francisco and its small Museo de Arte Religioso and Catacombs, El Complejo de Belén (church and hospital), The Ramsom Chamber or El Cuarto de Rescate and the prominent Cajamarca landmark: Cerro Santa Apolonia.

DAY 4: CAJAMARCA
Continental breakfast. In the morning excursion to the pre-Inca funerary niches of Ventanillas de Otuzco, el Tambo, The Tunnel of Miraflores, La Hacienda Tres Molinos, The Garden of Hortensias and Fundo de los Alpes. Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon we will go to the Hacienda La Colpa, Llacanora village, Puma caves and the warm sulphurous thermal spring known as Los Baños del Inca.

DAY 5: CAJAMARCA
Continental breakfast. Excursion to Cumbemayo 20 kilometers south west of Cajamarca. It is famous for its extraordinary, well engineered pre-Inca channels. The area offers a lot of pretroglifos, altars and sacrificial stones from pre-Inca cultures. On the way to Cumbemayo is the Lanzón Ceremonial Center. Return to Hotel.

DAY 6: CAJAMARCA - LIMA
Continental breakfast. Transfer from the Hotel to the airport for the flight to Lima. Upon arrival transfer to the airport for your flight home.
