 Reservations
Reservations should be made a minimum of 60 days prior to departure. To make a confirmable
reservation, 15% (of tour package’s price) deposit will be required. This deposit is nonrefundable
and will be paid toward your final payment, which is due 20 days prior to your arrival in Lima.
In order to re-confirm your reservation, we must receive full payment.
All payments or deposits must be made through our online system or by sending us an Email
requesting banking information: info@peruvianvacations.com
Prices and Payment
All prices will be quoted in American Dollars, including all applicable taxes to nonresident foreigners in Peru.
Prices for groups over 10 passengers can be subject to discounts. Also, terms and conditions for groups may very,

Cancellations
Last minute cancellations (less than 10 days prior to arrival in Lima), will not be refunded.
For cancellations with more than 10 days prior to arrival, please contact us for current
cancellation and refund policy at info@peruvianvacations.com , or call us at + (511) 461-8787.
All cancellations are subject to penalty fees (see Tour Packages, Hotels, Air Transportation and Land Transportation)
Tour Packages
Re-confirmation will be sent via Email with a reservation code of each tour.
Any cancellation of paid tour packages are subject to a penalty for administrative charges.
For any unused segments or no-shows, no refunds shall be made.
Hotels
Re-confirmations will be sent via Email with a reservation code for each hotel used.
Hotel rooms are subject to availability, we recommend reservations in advance.
We reserve the right to change hotels to the same or superior category.
Any cancellation of paid Hotel reservations will be subject to a 1 day deposit fee.
Air Transportation
Re-confirmation will be sent via Email with a reservation code.
Airline flights and seats are subject to availability, we recommend reservations in advance.
Any cancellation of paid airline reservations will be subject to a $25 airline cancellation fee.
Land Transportation
Re-confirmation will be sent via Email with a reservation code.
Bus / Train seats are subject to availability, we recommend reservations in advance.
Any cancellation of paid bus or train reservations will be subject to a penalty fee.
Luggage
Each passenger is responsible for his / her luggage.
ID tags are recommended for all luggage (checked and carry-on).
Local flights have a limit of 20 Kg (44 lbs) as well as bus transportation. Excess weight penalties apply.
Check international airlines for size limits on luggage. Large backpacks used for tours such as the Inca
Trail are considered luggage and not carry-on baggage.
Small and valuable items such as cameras, video cameras, medications, etc should be stored in carry-on baggage.
Peruvian Vacations does not recommend the transportation or harboring of any weapons such as knives, cutters,
fire arms or any explosive or flammable material especially when traveling via air, land or sea. Most or all
transportation companies prohibit it.
Itinerary Variations
If for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right
to vary itineraries or substitute hotels of similar or superior category.
Peruvian Vacations reserves the right to alter any program of its tour packages.
Not included in Packages
Our packages do include international and national airfare, meals not detailed in the itinerary,
excess baggage, airport departure tax, optional excursions, costs of passports, phone calls,
laundry and medical assistance.
Tipping is left to your discretion.
Responsibility
Peruvian Vacations shall be responsible for providing all services and accommodations as specified on our web site.
Peruvian Vacations shall be responsible for issuing the passenger reservation re-confirmation via Email after
full payment is met for services purchased. Service vouchers will be issued to passengers upon arrival in Lima, Peru.
Peruvian Vacations shall not be responsible for itinerary changes or loss of services not provided due to
uncontrolled and reasonable factors such as airline or bus schedule changes / cancellations, hotel availability,
tour availability, weather, strikes, and government regulations. In such cases, Peruvian Vacations will attempt
its best efforts in providing reasonable, alternative arrangements. Additional costs may apply.
Peruvian Vacations shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by strike,
war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other cause beyond its
reasonable control.
Passengers are expected to obey all local, custom and drug laws and regulations. Failure to comply to this
nonexclusive list may result in the cancellation and termination of services purchased.
